Great location, very nice hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised my company booked me into the Firebrand. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. This makes for a nice stroll before and after dinner. Which is perfect from having to hunt for parking in downtown. Like all hotels this place has its good an bad flaws. More good than bad in my case. Very easy check-in especially since it was before 4pm. All the staff that I encountered were very nice and super friendly. The roof top lounge was a great place to enjoy a nice glass wine and watch the sunset. I would recommend the restaurant for breakfast. You get a lot of food and very reasonably priced. The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic location, stylish boutique hotel!
Great location as this stylish, boutique hotel is situated near the main square of downtown Whitefish, allowing you to walk to all of the restaurants, bars and shops. Nice-sized rooms with great amenities, friendly staff, and beautiful modern appointments. We visited the bar several times and had delicious cocktails from the wonderful bartender. The roof-top patio is lovely. The only downside is that the rooms don't seam to be that well insulated and we could hear people in the adjoining room and when anyone was walking on the floor above us.

The Good and The Bad
Very pretty hotel in a great location near downtown White fish. Comfortable room. Dining was hit and miss but had fabulous service from John-na.....she was an absolute delight. The unfortunate part of the stay was housekeeping. We were there 5 nights and our sheets were never changed nor was the room vacuumed. The bathroom doors looked like they hadn’t been dusted since the day the hotel opened. When we asked the front desk what the housekeeping schedule was, he had no idea. If Firebrand can up their housekeeping efforts, they’d have a solid winner.

Glass bathroom door-
I liked everything about the room except the frosted glass French doors to the bathroom. If you left on a bathroom light at night, it illuminated the room because of the glass doors. Too, the doors did not meet- 1/4 inch separated the two halves- more light and sound and less privacy. How could anyone think this was a good idea!! We had a shower. Ate dinner in the lobby/dining room- not many tables here- we finally got one- Starr was our waitress and was excellent.

Very good hotel
Hotel is very nice. It’s clean and staff is very friendly. It’s located right downtown so it’s walking distance to restaurants. They have a nice coffee shop inside. However the restaurant at this hotel is not very good. I would recommend going to other places to eat!
