Ms. Rikki, Michael, Aaron, and all the staff at the great Firebrand Hotel, I recently had the privilege of visiting your establishment to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. It was single handedly the best experience of my life, and I was not even a guest in your wonderous hotel. You should all be very proud! I have travelled extensively in my 52 years, and The Firebrand Hotel is hands down the greatest place I have ever been. The truly authentic atmosphere is the only place ever needed to show Montana Hospitality at its finest. I intend to return as often as possible and shout from the rooftops my experiences there. Thank you All! Rikki, I admire the great job you are doing as AGM. Your leadership is evident in every member of your staff and The Firebrand itself. A true example of what a great leader can achieve with teamwork and dedication. You are a diamond in this castle! Great Job! Aaron, I have one thing to say. Greatest Bartender in the World. Your attention to detail, kind smile, and legendary service to all in your lounge was an experience I will treasure forever. Thank you Sir! Michael, you have a special place in my heart forever. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity and reminding me that gentleman still exist. Your random act of kindness towards me has inspired me to be a better person and do the same. It changed my perspective, my mindset, and I intend to pay it forward. Firebrand Team, thank you all for a dream come true! Keep up the great work!

Deb's mah girl. I just love how she is all ready for me with a bottle of water and my favorite station on Pandora. She's very knowledgeable and listens well when I ask my many questions. Very patient. My favorite part is she remembers my body, so each time she know exactly what I need, why I need it and where. She also listens when I say it hurts, but doesn't stop because she knows how much my muscles benefit from deep tissue& pressure. Beings mah girl, I've been here quite a few times. I am so proud of what she has done with the place. It looks more wonderful each time I see it. Everything is very clean and well organized and the Firebrand couldn't have chosen anyone better. Always very happy, will return.

Altogether a pleasant stay. The downtown shops, restaurants, pubs are all within 3 blocks. Very clean town! I saw zero trash and zero homeless people. The hotel rooms are at building level so there is not a wonderful view from your room. But there is roof top seating area and jacuzzi that has a good view. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We did not eat in the hotel so I can’t give feedback in that. Clean rooms. I was worried about street noise because I’m a light sleeper but this town closes up around 9 and I never had noise issues.

First things first: Firebrand team, can you please share the playlist you have going in the lounge with us? It was seriously amazing -- any place that plays Arctic Monkeys b-sides during breakfast gets full marks from me. We enjoyed two wonderful nights at the Firebrand. The staff was friendly and accommodating (including a handy text-based concierge service), beautiful rooms with a bed so comfy I'd like to take it back to NYC with me, and perfect amenities to kick back after a day at Glacier National Park. We really enjoyed the rooftop, fire pits, hot tub, fluffy robes, happy hour (great deals on food and drinks), tasty breakfast, and proximity to charming downtown Whitefish (and Sweet Peaks ice cream). I surely hope we will be back some day.

We’ve stayed here before so decided to return. I realize this is now a pet friendly hotel now, but it was ridiculous. The smell of wet dog was everywhere. Dogs lounging all over furniture where people were expected to sit. Dog hair all over, Dogs chewing on blankets and pillows on couches just 5 feet from the restaurant where people are supposed to enjoy a meal? Dogs Jumping on tables and counters. This was too much. Will not return due to being overrun with pets. So unclean and unacceptable.
