Spent three nights as part of an Amtrak vacation package. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Courtney provide great recommendations for restaurants & a place to purchase boots when mine fell apart. Tammy provided excellent service at breakfast & maintained snacks that were available throughout the day. The outside fire pit was a great place to chat with other guests while enjoying the provided s'mores kits. Our room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Not only is the hotel just a couple blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone, everything in town is totally walkable from the hotel. The Holiday Inn is a sister property with a good restaurant, The Branch.

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a snowmobile vacation package and it was the perfect place to stay while in West Yellowstone. Clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day and we particularly enjoyed the firepit and the complimentary s'mores kits provided every evening. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the staff was very hospitable. We really liked the 24 hour coffee and cereal in the lobby. The only complaint i have is we stayed on the third floor to avoid noise and one morning i heard shouting and looked out to see a male shouting at a female employee who was visibly upset. Not sure if he was an employee or possible relative but that certainly was uncalled for at a place of business. My wife and i also enjoyed the hot tub every night.

Nice place with lots of amenities

We stayed for a week, and really enjoyed the hotel. They are close to the park and across the street from the Wolf discovery center. They have a nice breakfast bar with drinks and snacks available all day long. The cookies are really good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. They have a nice pool and hot tub area. I highly recommend.

Stayed here 3 nites! WOnderful stay! Underground heated parking, also ppool and whirlpool. Across the street from grizzly/wolf center, you can hear the wolves and go back easily when visiting. Comfortable and clean rooms. Direct pick up for tours as well. Breakfast was good, but the same thing daily, rolled up eggs/sausage mix, with other typical breakfast items. Nice fireplace in the lobby area. Smores in the evening if you wanted outdoor fireplace. Very nice.
