Stayed here for 3 nights and hotel's location is perfect. Clean hotel rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast options. Near to West Yellowstone entrance and local food options which are very good too! If you are coming from outside the town, better to stock up on water and food snacks which will be helpful inside the park and fill the gas tank up before entering the park.

Stayed three nights at this hotel, as a IHG platinum member, I have been upgraded to a king suite with pull out couch. Front Desk staffs were very nice , and offered us free breakfast, (usually only diamond members being offered free breakfast). Also they were very friendly. Free coffees and teas and free ice cream at almost any time. Swimming pool and kids game room, even the laundry are free, they only charge one dollar for the laundry detergent. They have on site slots machines. I spent one dollar and played almost one hour poker on the slots. So much fun, the hotel located at busy town with tons of other restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations, very convenient and just a few minutes driving distance from the west gate of yellow stone. Highly recommend.

so a chain in the small village. I would have expected more out of having a restaurant attached. Breakfast buffet, significant add on, was nothing more than the chain breakfast.....thought there would be a menu option. Staff was fantastic.....better walking a few blocks away to get what you want. Price of room was extremely overpriced. Go somewhere else young man, somewhere else.

Mold on the shower walls, mold on the floor in the bathroom. no continental breakfast, and it was $400+ per night (with me being an IHG member). Very disappointed in this hotel, not what I would have expected from a Holiday Inn.

My wife and I Stayed at the Holiday Inn for 5 nights last week and I loved it. The Hotel is very clean, the rooms spacious, and the amenities like Gym, the Pool , and the laundry was a huge plus. The staff who attended to me both over the phone prior to my arrival as well as during my stay were very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions promptly and patiently. I had specifically asked for a box fan in the room and I was very glad to see that it was already there when we checked into the room. The hotel also has a complimentary ice cream every day during the evening happy hour, which was refreshing after spending the day in the hot weather at Yellowstone National Park. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay at West Yellowstone for their visits to the Park.
