We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn in West Yellowstone this March. They’ve remodeled since we last stayed a few years ago. The boys enjoyed the pool and waterslide. We loved the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they even turned on the waterslide for us one night! The bed was a little on the soft side, but the rooms were very clean. It was fun to see West Yellowstone snowed in for the winter. We’ll be back. Please note: breakfast is not included on the day you check out.

The West Yellowstone Days Inn by Wyndham is a wonderful location to spend time at. The Front desk and other individuals are very friendly and courteous. The are very friendly and make you feel right at home. They are easy to ask questions and offer suggestions. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. They offer a courtesy Breakfast at the cafe next door. The meal choices are very good and filling.

We have been coming to West for 13 years now and I would have to say this is the best place to stay by far. Location is key and this one is in the heart of it all. Everything is within walking distance so no need to rent a car. Snowmobile rentals are right across the street called Travelers which is a great place to rent your sleds- you get free gas and oil daily. The hotel is very clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and come out very fast. The housekeeping staff is very efficient and before we knew it our rooms were all made up. Cozy lobby with coffe 24/7 and a nice fireplace. I recommend this hotel to all. Restauants within walking distance is Buffalo Bar, Bullwinkles, The Branch and 3 Bears. All are worth trying out!!! Can’t wait for next year!

Week of awesome snowmobiling!

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions and assisting with our trip. Our room was cleaned daily and very quickly. Went to breakfast and came bavk to find our beds made, trash emptied, new towels and the bathroom scrubbed down. The staff handled all our snowmobile rental paperwork .The two hot tubs were a godsend after riding 75-100 miles daily. The pool was also relaxing. Looking forward to returning next year... oh one more thing, walking distance to just about every resturant and stores.

Great updated hotel with good value. Water slide was a hit with the kids. Only negative was owner service. We asked to store our luggage for the day while we went skiing at Big Sky and had to drive back through. They were at best 10% occupied and the owner said they didn’t offer that service (standard bell-hop service at most hotels). We asked if we could just store the luggage in a room that was unoccupied or keep it in our room and have the room serviced the next day and again the answer was no. So we loaded the car with all our gear and luggage and had to unload it all st the resort. Not a big deal but could have made our experience that much better with the place. Also, we booked a family suite that was big enough for 6 (great room) and we were told that breakfast was included. When we check in they tell us we get 2 breakfast vouchers at the adjoining restaurant. I reminded them that I have a room with 6 guests and they said that was all they could do for breakfast. A little misleading. The breakfast was good but cost an extra $25-30 when you think it will be free. Overall, I would stay there again but owner could use a little training on hospitality and would love to see their “mission statement”
