Our first return visit to Yellowstone in 20 years. Asked for a couple of special requests during booking. Everything was handled professionally and without incident. We will definitely stay here again on next visit.

The the check in process was great friendly and provided lots of info to us as travellers. The room itself was outdated but clean in appearance but there was a terrible odour to the room was unable to pinpoint exactly what it was either the air conditioner or the carpets? We kept the window open our whole stay as the smell was over powering we intended to stay two nights but checked out after one.

It is honestly pretty good. That being said, if you have more than two family members you may wish to consider other options, as you are provided a limited number of free meals. But honestly? that is very minor!

I stayed with emilyinawc77 July 25-28th who mentioned that she slept a night in her wheelchair because the bed was too high. This broke my heart. I don’t know the measurements of everything, but I do know this: she has a very standard height wheelchair and the bed was 5 or 6 inches higher than her chair and it was not possible for her to get in that bed without help. It was a very comfortable, new bed, perhaps they are higher than in the past. This was the only problem. The bathroom was great! Very spacious and as she said, the breakfast was awesome! This is a constant struggle for her and everyone in wheelchairs when they travel. It would go such a long way to make sure the bed height is truly workable for someone in a wheelchair. Get someone in your rooms with a wheelchair to explain it to you and see what they think. Then go out there and tell your hotel friends to do the same. Just being ADA compliant doesn’t mean it works for everyone. The standards need to be updated. Specifically those around bed height and clearance under the bed to allow for a lift. You would make so many people happy. Wouldn’t it be great to be a leader in giving people in wheelchairs a fantastic experience?

ADA room - 4 ft bed - SERIOUSLY!

ADA room-- The bed was too tall for me to transfer into from my wheelchair (SURPRISE!!) I slept one of the nights in my wheelchair because I couldn't get into the bed. Besides that, it is a perfectly fine hotel. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was awesome!
