Cheap off season
Passing thru and fighting a snow storm, I took the room. Awesome pool, great breakfast, hot tub, frig, microwave, small but ok tv, big room, wash cloth was rough, hand and full sized towels acceptable but not soft, bed is great.
USB in clock on night stand, clean and comfy

Great Hotel- Amazing Staff
I was passing through West Yellowstone on a road trip and decided to stay the night. The hotel is clean and the rooms are great and the beds are really comfortable. Both of the staff members at the check in desk were kind and helpful. I had questions about coming back next summer to do some camping and the hotel manager must have overheard the conversation and came out of his office and gave me some great advice on the best spots- he was really knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering my questions. I came down later in the night with more questions about the town and restaurants and the staff was just incredible. They have a great pool area... I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after driving for 10 hours. If I were 20 years younger I would have loved the big spiral water slide.
Breakfast the next morning in the attached restaurant was also great and also had awesome staff ... it was way better than your typical chain hotel continental breakfast! If you plan on staying in West Yellowstone this is the place!

No complaints, nice place.
We had no complaints, everything was wonderful! The room was clean and efficient, staff were accommodating and polite. The restaurant was a nice little cafe, tasty food, polite waitress and cozy. Stayed there at the end of August 2019 to see a play, that is why I am booking it again next summer!

Nice place to stay on my trip to ski Big Sky. I was within walking distance to a couple of very afforadable restaurants and the rooms were comfortable and price well. I suggest the Days Inn because the beds are comfortable

Rooms are O.K. Kids loved the waterslide.
Breakfast is a horrible experience. 2 breakfast vouchers given even if you booked for 6 people. Expensive drinks are not included and you are not allowed to bring your own tea or coffee from your room or lobby in. Tips, gratuity AND tax are NOT included in the voucher. Have a couple kids and just want to split your plate? There is a $5 charge per plate to split meals. And if you do buy something your simple breakfast is at least $9.95. It is downright tacky and would be better for business if they didn’t give a voucher at all instead of feigning giving something to get more $ out of the customer. Customers aren’t stupid but this makes them feel like the business is treating them that way, or worse yet that you have been lured into breakfast boot camp.
