My husband and I stayed here for four nights after walking away from another place by the East Gate that was sub par. In this area your money does not go far in purchasing decent accommodations, given that information the Days Inn is a good buy with very good amenities. When checking in I followed the lead of the older couple in front of me and asked for a room that might be in a quieter area away from the pool. The desk clerk was very polite and recommended the third floor pointing out we wouldn’t have small children running above us, and she put us in the building that did not house the pool. The room was quiet, no issues getting to sleep. The room housed two queen beds with plenty of space to walk around. It was clean, in fact cleaned daily even with COVID issues. Most places have paused daily cleaning due to COViD. There was a microwave, and small refrigerator in the room and I think an ice machine on each floor. Bathroom was a good size and plenty of counter space. Good firm beds that did not sag, I with a bad back slept fine. I saw the complaints about breakfast and took a photo to show current food options. My husband and I found it to be a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included and to have a sit down option. Yes breakfast is free, yes you pay for beverages and tax, and yes you should probably leave a tip. That is not a lot of cash outflow so I did not have an issue with it. We are on a three week trip and have found hotels that frequently under “normal “ conditions that provide a full breakfast are not doing so due to COViD issues. For example in staying at a Hyatt we had limited options too and were given a sack to go eat in our room. Yes , it is true social distancing in the seating is not completely followed in seating and the wait staff does not wear masks. My response is if this is a problem don’t eat there. We noticed in Montana in general the masks aren’t worn and seating is hit and miss on social distancing, it seems to all be “suggested “ and not regulated and required. By traveling unnecessarily for a vacation we assume an inherent risk and I think should adapt to the areas we choose to go to. The hotel itself seems COVID compliant, employees of the hotel masked up and signs remind you to be 6 feet apart. It may have been nice to have a full sized dresser in the room to unpack since we stayed 4 days, other than that I don’t see an area to improve. You can easily walk to anywhere in town from the hotel. The pool is indoors and when I checked had a lot of kids getting their energy out. With COViD I am concerned about a lot of people in enclosed spaces and in this case with two hot tubs and the pool it created a sauna effect that made the room too uncomfortable for me so I opted out of that experience. We did laundry while we were there. There are 3 well maintained washers and dryers and no one else seemed to use them. It was a dollar for the dryer and another dollar for the washer, which seems very reasonable to me. The machines worked well. I would stay here again given the amenities, location, price and fear of booking a place that might be sub par.

Each year, I take my family to West Yellowstone to snowmobile over Presidents Day weekend. I have stayed at Days Inn each time over the past 12 years. The staff and convenience of being able to have breakfast on site then walk across the street to pick up our rentals makes everything easy.
Granted the hotel is older, but it is kept in great shape, rooms have been updated and there is a heated indoor pool and two hot tubs.
I'll continue my stays with Days Inn for the future. Enjoy the trip each year.

Nice place, poor service
Hotel was nice and the included breakfast was great, however several mistakes were made in our booking and I am still waiting on a refund over a week later. Their attitudes with mistakes that they made were very poor.

1st stay in West
Spent New Year's Eve in West - first time staying overnight. Rooms were decent, main draw here is the pool with waterslide and hot tubs. Good parking for trailers. Easy walking distance to local establishments. Good breakfast.

Worst service ever
The owner is not a stand up guy and needs to provide better service to customers I would recommend finding any other hotel in town besides the Days Inn. The room smelled and pool was dirty. The owner is not a nice guy and does not deserve anyone’s business.
