We stayed one night during our trip to Yellowstone. It’s in a great location with beautiful scenery and comfortable beds (we had two queens). The breakfast was okay and there is a cute little gift shop next to the restaurant. The staff was very friendly. On the flip side, it appears to be an older hotel which has been updated; however, the carpet in our room appeared to need either cleaned or replaced. While showering the water continued to run in the bathtub as if taking a bath, the microwave was dirty and greasy, and the furniture needed dusting. Also, there is no elevator to the second floor. Not a good value for $295 a night.

Hotel overall is pretty nice. But, the one thing I did't like was our room was down a dark hallway and when we opened the curtains we were looking at a block wall. The hotel wasn't full so I don't understand why they didn't give us a room one the front hotel with a door to the outside.

8 out of a group of 14 stayed at this hotel. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was great, letting us park our RZRs under the portico as is was raining (and snowed the next morning).

My family stayed here on June 9-10 for the last 2 nights of our week-long trip to Yellowstone. After staying here, I wished we had stayed here the whole trip rather than staying in the park for the previous 4 nights. This hotel was cheaper than the in-park lodges and included a lot more for the money. The breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable and spacious, the room had air conditioning if needed, the room had a fridge and microwave, the internet was fast, and the hot tub was nice. The indoor pool was a little chilly, but my son didn't mind. One of the reasons I chose to stay in the park on the other nights was because I was worried about the driving times and the wait to get into the park. I am sure if we stayed later in the summer, that might have been an issue, but the wait time to get into the park wasn't more than 10 minutes. We ended up driving a lot even when we stayed in the park, so I don't think staying here would have made much of a difference as far as driving times. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Family of 5 booked a suite with the private balcony. Free full breakfast buffet was nice surprise. The hotel is a little dated but clean has all the items you will need for you stay. Just minutes to the Mammoth Hot Springs of Yellowstone. Good cell coverage and FREE WIFI were great
