Old and musty
Had this hotel not been prepaid we would have walked out and slept in the car. The entire hotel is old, musty, dirty and damp. I have 3 spider bites on my arm from our 2 nights there. The mold in the shower, the filthy air vent in the bathroom filled my husband's lungs with ugly things that he coughed up. On top of that it was expensive and they charged us an extra $50 for the second night for what they called an occupant fee because they were full.

Tom saved our vacation!!
We drove in late night expecting to use the electric vehicle charger so we could make our way to Glacier National Park. Unfortunately, they were full. Tom saved our trip though!! He helped me by calling Hampton Inn and securing a charger for me there. He also provided a shuttle back. Thanks Tom, Red Lion and Hampton Inn!!

The forgotten couple
We spent three nights here, and I never figured out where I was! You literally needed a map to find the breakfast room. In most hotels it’s near the lobby, but this one is adjacent to the casino.
The breakfast was okay, and the two men working it did their best, but it was lacking, since most things were pre-made and then heated.
But the forgotten part: 1st night, no remote in the room, and when we called the desk the girl said she forgot about that and shouldn’t have given us that room. A nice staff member brought us the remote. The 2nd day, we were gone all day and came back about five to find no one had cleaned our room or provided fresh towels. Once again, the nice staff member brought towels and apologies.
The hotel is somewhat dated but the staff is friendly and willing to help, so three stars seems about right.

Always friendly and close to all the great things this little town has to offer. The breakfast is filling and in a warm family friendly environment. Rooms are well styled and roomy. Be sure to check out the shops and things to do around town

Nice and comfortable
Our stay here was last minute as the accommodations we booked for our week long stay in Kalispell were a total disaster. While the hotel deco is dated the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable when we arrived. The daily maid service was average but just barely. The floor did not get vacummed one time in 7 days. Breakfast was ok but we found an awesome place a couple blocks away. Loved the proximity to dwntwn Kalispell. We would stay here again.
