Room was very clean although the windows could’ve used a wash. We had a king suite and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable, although could’ve used another type of pillow as the foam ones were not comfortable. Perfect location right inside the park entrance. Nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. Staff were helpful. Very nice that they had hot coffee early in the morning in the registration area. We ate a couple of times in the cafeteria and it was homestyle and good enough for what we needed. We think of the hotels in Chinle this was probably the best choice.

Comfy rooms with table and two chairs.
Great bed! All was super clean.
Cafeteria is terrific--good food and very reasonably priced.
The only negative is our checkin clerk was not especially friendly but maybe she'd had a challenging day. I'd stay here again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. A great place to stay for exploring Canyon De Chelly. The hotel can book your tours or you can do it yourself. Excellent service and great gift shop. Loved the breakfasts, especially the blue corn pancakes. Very reasonable rates.

A very welcoming front desk staffer (Montes) directed us to very clean, comfortable and warm room that seemed unchanged since last visit decades ago and could use a new carpet. Location is ideal. With the lodge being Navajo owned and staffed, local people rather than yet another corporate chain benefit from a stay here.

Great location for our plans of site seeing in the surrounding area. Convenient to National monument sites. Staff great. Property was set in a great valley setting that allows peacefulness. On site restaurant. Horse back riding available
