Room was nicely updated, and appreciated a few extra touches like having two luggage jacks in a QQ room. Yes we have lots of bags! Swimming pool was open for the season and was a nice break from the fabulous Arches touring. Breakfast was OK, staff worked hard to keep a busy place re-filled.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is about as good as it gets for this type of hotel. They had some cereal options that weren't all sugar. They had in interesting automatic pancake maker that I had not seen before. Push the button and watch it make two pancakes delivered to your plate. Only complaint would be the lack of light in the room. The overhead was dim, but if I turned on all the lamps, then it was fine.

Welcoming really large lobby area, helpful staff and excellent standard BW fare breakfast in pleasant dining area looking out into downtown. All rooms open to courtyard for that brisk morning air walk to the lobby. We loved it.
We chose it over newer style motels because of no noisy and congested hallways.

The beds were super comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. The hot breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of things to eat. We would highly recommend!
