We stayed for 1 night at the end of our Utah family trip. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub felt amazing after hiking all day and they had a beautiful backdrop to look at. Kids had so much fun in the pool. Breakfast was plentiful, hot eggs, bacon, etc.. tasted great. Shuttle into Zion was very close by.

We were expecting the average Holiday Inn when booking this place but discovered it to be absolutely wonderful. The grounds were stunning with expansive mountain views, fire rings for cozy evenings and a pool with a piping hot Jacuzzi to enjoy after a long day of hiking. The lobby has a welcoming fireplace with cozy chairs as well as complimentary water and fresh baked cookies. The rooms were comfortable with a fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Took a while to figure out the air/heater system, but it worked well. The hotel breakfast is worth the extra $. Nice little omelets, pastries, fresh fruit, pancakes and hot coffee. The hotel is centrally located with a short walk to restaurants and shops. Highlight: the bus to the Zion National Park stops in front of the hotel.

This hotel is on the first stop by the shuttle bus, so you will always get a seat on the shuttle to the park. There are 3 excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel, and they have an excellent buffet breakfast. Easy walking trail along the river behind the hotel, and good seating area around the cable TV in the lobby area. Good pool, but no hot tub area.

Spotless hotel, very spacious comfortable rooms with all modern facilities. Sitting in a small community off the highway, restaurants and few shops close by. Breakfast included was very basic for ourselves with a Wheat Intolerance nothing more than a hot or cold drink and banana was available.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good, but really about the same as that at the Las Vegas Best Western -- and the Holiday Inn cost $200 MORE per day. The orange/apple juice machine was not working for the 2 days I had breakfast at the hotel, but there was no effort on part of the hotel to provide a substitute. For the extra $200 dollars, one would think the hotel could have provided juice boxes or some substitute! Yes, I thought that was incredibly cheap on the part of the hotel. Our room was in the building with no elevator, so a hotel porter helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Shame on the City of Springdale for failing to allow a 2nd floor connection between the two buildings so that an elevator could be used by all guests. I agree with the comments that the hotel is in a great location for access to the shuttle to Zion.
