Best Hotel Experience Ever!!!
We booked this hotel for a family trip to Zion National Park and we’re so happy we did. The hotel is nestled amongst beautiful peaks and beautiful grounds for kids to run around or just sit under a tree and enjoy the views around you. We booked a kids suite that had a separate room with bunk beds and a Wii in it!! The other rooms were king rooms. The rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Housekeeping did a wonderful job on our rooms. The gentleman who was the breakfast steward was wonderful!! I didn’t get his name but he was very tall and had a patch on his eye. Wonderful man, very attentive to the guests and was always more than happy to talk to you about Zion NP and the surrounding area. He was extremely knowledgeable. We really appreciated him. Breakfast Is a full on buffet! Omelettes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage and the coolest pancake making machine! Big hit with my Granddaughter. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all the time as well as refreshing flavored water in the lobby. In the evening we enjoyed the fire pits outside as well as the fireplace inside in the lobby as we gathered as a family to play games or just go over the days events. Two ladies at the front desk, Colleen and Edith were especially helpful and personable. Also very knowledgeable of the area and couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating to our family and as I noticed, all the other guests as well. Overall we all felt at home here and would happily stay here again. They even had freshly baked cookies out in the lobby area at 5pm every evening! How great is that! Easy access to the free shuttle system in Springdale right in front of the hotel and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants.

Best Holiday Inn Express Ever
This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. The lobby has large windows with a view of the mountains. Joan the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. The WiFi worked great! There are chocolate chip cooks in the evening. There are restaurants and a sports bar in walking distance. Within the hotel there is a little shop open 24/7 where you can purchase snacks, beer, and medications. The only thing not exceptional is breakfast which is your standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The breakfast had enough choices, but the quality of food is just ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel,

Great place, very helpful people.
Stayed here twice. Great location about a mile from park entrance. Views out both sides. Very dog friendly. Nice hot tub and outside fire pits with exceptional view. The entire staff is very nice and always looking for ways to help the guest enjoy their stay. They even helped me locate a piano to practice on. Above and beyond. Another employee offered great tips on where to bike. He was totally right about an excellent route. All good.

Incompetence on the part of the general manager
Our hotel room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. Our shower was hot with great water pressure. Our mattress and pillows were exceptional and very comfortable; making for a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast options and quality of food was the same as every other Holiday Inn Express on the planet. So why only two stars? As a long-time Spire Elite and Spire Ambassador, I asked for a late 3pm check-out and was told it was not a problem on check-in. On day of departure, I was told by a different clerk that we could not check out as late as was agreed upon when I checked in two days earlier. We had to cut one of our Zion morning hike's short on the last day as a result of this hotel's lack of consistency in training their people. Incompetence on the general manager's part and nothing less. I will not stay at this IHG property a second time. I recommend finding another hotel in the area.

Very Comfortable Bed. Great Breakfat Buffet.
We were greeted with a smile and a friendly front desk employee and delicious chocolate chip cookies! What a wonderful way to start a stay! The reception area is beautiful. There was a large roaring fireplace and plenty of places to sit. There are several fire pits outside and a hot tub. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I have to say we were very impressed with Jerry, the custodian of the buffet. He came by to make sure we had everything we needed each morning and he kept the breakfat area spotless. (Someone please give him a raise, he deserves it!). There were multiple porches to sit outside in rocking chairs on every floor, it was beautiful. The only negative I could mention was our room was a little dated. It could have used a nice bright coat of paint and some new carpet, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The bed was very comfortable. What else could you need? Not a thing. It was lovely. Shopping was scarce in February, bring food and drinks if possible.
