More resort level than hotel. Very, VERY clean and all the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Incredible views from the backside of the hotel, especially at sunset. I added a few images. One of them from my bedroom window.
I loved the night light im the bathroom, nice touch when sharing a room.
The town is cute, but this whole place has lots of money. You see it in the quality of everything from furnishing, safety, cleanliness, gourmet food, architecture, etc.
Good breakfast.

Typical Holiday Inn Express in a great location minutes from Zion NP entrance. Room was nice, standard size, modern furniture and comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast options were good and standard hot items. Some negatives were a broken elevator, only 1 free amenity instead of 2 for Platinum Elite status and entire pool area was down for maintenance which really bummed out our kids. Prices are almost double what we paid for Flagstaff-AZ, Page-AZ and Kanab-UT.

This hotel was perfect for our stay at Zion. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - and there were always staff members cleaning. The breakfast was great, with different options each day - and even warm cookies in the evening!

We went to Zion national park and stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn express, and lived every moment. The property is clean, safe and has an outdoor fireplace where the family is able to gather round and watch the stars. The only thing missing was marshmallows (no fault of the hotel!). There is breakfast included and the family loved the pancake maker. There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, and plenty of hiking trails near the hotel. We will definitely come back and stay a bit longer and explore all the different hiking trails! Thank you for the warm welcome and lovely stay!
