Bad start to the day
We have had a wonderful stay in Montana with great accommodations until our stay here the night before flying out. The hotel rooms were nicely appointed and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. However I discovered there was no shampoo in the room when I woke up so I called the front desk and they said they would send it right up. I had to call back a second time and was reassured they would bring it but were busy. After an hour I texted our traveling companions and they had some they let me use. When I got out of the shower the front desk called to tell me they had no shampoo anywhere in the hotel. It’s a good thing our flight wasn’t early and that our friends had shampoo. I had a terrible case of bedhead so not shampooing was not an option. While I was showering my husband and our friends went down for breakfast, they said it was totally unorganized. They had run out of some items of food, and waited 30 minutes to get half cooked bacon. It is ridiculous to have to pay for breakfast and get terrible service on top of that. What upsets me the most is that this experience on the day we were leaving this beautiful part of our country almost overshadowed all of the wonderful things we experienced.

Nice place but not worth the extra money
Made the mistake when booking because I thought this was close to Glacier National Airport. We had great check-in service, friendly staff, but had to call down to the front desk because the upstairs guests were running and stomping around. No breakfast is included only free coffee! For the price of over $200.00 a night and not even staying 24 hours, they should provide breakfast for free! Will find somewhere closer to airport next time that offers free breakfast!

Outstanding all the way around
Room was spacious and the bed super comfy. Staff were pleasant and the food - both at the nextdoor resyaurant (The Blue Canyon?) where we had dinner, and breakfast in the lobby/restaurant were excellent and the service was right up there. Overall an excellent choice.

Pleasant and Convenient Place for Visiting Glacier National Park
My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell in connection with our visit to the beautiful and breathtaking Glacier National Park. It is a convenient location to get to the West entrance to the park and take the majestic Going to the Sun Road in the park. The hotel is very nice.

No room ready, waited 45 mins for an already booked room after 5PM.
Showed up to the hotel after 5PM to check in. Staff looked shocked and said our room was not ready. Waited 30 mins then went back to the front desk staff to ask what was taking so long, was told it was ready. Staff took another 15 mins to get the keys working. We arrived in the room and saw they gave us a single king, the room we prepaid for was two queen beds. We went back to the front desk to ask to get the room that we prepaid for, had to wait even longer for them to ready that room. When we arrived to the correct room, immediately noticed spilt coffee on the counter next to the Keurig, no big deal we cleaned it up, then went to the bed to check for bed bugs, noticed that there was no matress pad on the beds. Again went down to the front desk and no one was around, and the phone just kept ringing. After 5 mins someone showed up and asked us to wait so they could get the phone which they must have been hung up because she immediately hung up the phone and asked us what we needed. We asked if it was normal for this property to not cover their matresses with matress pads and she fairly sarcastically said "I have no idea, you want me to find some for you. You will have to put them on yourself no one is here to put them on for you." We said never mind we will sleep on top of the covers. At this point we were upset and terribly hungry. She asked for our room number so she could let the morning staff know. Never have we been treated like this at any Hilton. With this experience I really don't ever want to stay at another Hilton garden inn again. We have had better service at Holiday Inn Express. We had a terrible night sleep and felt taken advantage of by this hotel property. We are letting our credit card company know what we experienced to try and recover any of the $180 we spent.
