This place was awesome! Very fun glamping! Staff is extremely friendly and fellow glampers are great people. Their is a main tent with staff and then outside is fire pits to cook and do s’mores. Showers and bathroom is close by and water pressure is good. Water for us was luke warm but you are camping so I shouldn’t complain. Bed was super comfy and the stove in the tent kept us super warm! Loved it!

A Unique Experience

If your looking for something different from staying in motels but not totally in to camping then you should check this out. We stayed in a tent large enough for a king bed, 2 chairs, dresser and wood stove. Best thing was a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The bed was so warm and comfy. Glad we had a wood stove as it got down to 36. Its not the most efficient but it was fun. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Yes we heard the trains but not a big bother as they have earplugs next to the bed. If you stay in the area you can’t get away from the many trains that run through here. We hope to try out some of their several locations around the country.

Great Experience.... but

Loved the Under Canvas experience. The staff and accomodations were great. HOWEVER... one thing we were not prepared for was the noise. The camp is just off the highway and a short distance from an active train track. The stars were amazing, but the experience was diminished by frequent trains.

The tents were very nice and other facilities as well. However, the tepee we stayed in was not level and sleeping at a significant incline was not easy. I would expect permanent tents and teppees to be set up on level ground. Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone seeking a camping experience let alone a remote experience to stay at Under Canvas at Glacier NP. The tents are set up right next to a very busy highway with traffic noise constant throughout the night. Worse yet, the tents are set up right next to the train that blows its horn throughout the night. This is not an occasional train either, one comes through seemingly constantly while you are trying to sleep. These disturbances are not disclosed or mentioned on Under Canvas website. In short, the facilities are nice, but the location offers nothing close to a real camping experience. I will actively not recommend this place to those wishing to stay near Glacier NP.

My girls wanted a tent experience, I wanted a dissent shower :) so this was the best solution when we traveled to Glacier Park. Location is fantastic, forest is friendly, staff is helpful but more importantly: this was a glories tent! 4 tars easy! Challenges: not all tents are accessible with your car, you need heavy bag spray and ther is the train! it goes in and our very near by and honks every time, even at 1am, 2an, 3am, 4am Etc.
