This place is old and has had fresh paint put on it. There needs to be plumbing fixes and safety features added

Nasty sewage water backed up into the stained bathtub when we tried to shower. There was a man's cloth handkerchief in one of the drawers. The door had no security lock. You could hear the people above walking in their room and moving chairs. Front desk person was curt. Carpet was old and had a smell. They had sprayed rose-smelling air freshener to try and cover it.

I stayed here for one nice. The parking was easy. The rooms are fine, nothing special, but decorated well. My room appeared to just have had the carpet shampooed and the carpet was wet. The location is great. You can see the river and elk came right up on the front lawn. Which was very cool.

Nice place to stay when going to Yellowstone with nice view over the river.
Amazing people at Front desk, very helpful and kind.
Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Near Hot Springs and Mammoth Hot Springs aswell.

Superb location right on the Yellowstone River. Motel style but we did have a balcony. Clean and basic but a great place to start your next days Park adventure. Easy check in, free parking and located in the middle of Gardiner and such lovely views.
A must stay in Gardiner!

This was our 6th stop in 7 nights and it was by far the best. The rooms were clean, the location was quiet and the people at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! The best part though… was the view from the balcony. It was absolutely gorgeous!!!
