Staff was perfectly pleasant and helpful! Our room on the second floor had a wonderful view and I loved the private balcony. Short drive to the pedestrian entrance of Zion NP, be sure to secure a shuttle pass the day before... new due to covid. In case you don’t get one, private jeep tours run out of the hotel’s parking lot. There was also a St. George shuttle that picked up across the street but not sure of the details or cost of that. Pool was packed in the evenings but masks were required in lobby.

The view is beautiful. The front desk told me our 1st floor room balcony opened into the pool area. Non of the rooms open into the pool area. A second floor room is better for a better view and would have asked for 2nd floor if i wasn't given incorrect information. The woman at the front desk during check-in was rude, there is no other way to describe it. I made my reservation through Hotels.com, when I called the hotel (website provides an 800 number), I finally got someone to answer (she was rude) the phone, they told me the pool and restaurant were closed due to covid19 and would stay closed until the virus went away and hung up. No where on the website did it mention a closed pool or restaurant. I called Hotels.com to cancel they called the front desk and were told the pool and restaurant were open and the Majestic would charge my card if I didn't show up. Hotels.com gave me the "hidden" phone number for the front desk.

The Majestic View Lodge is a peaceful getaway in busy Springdale, UT and Zion National Park. The room was clean and beautifully decorated in a mountain lodge theme.
Amenities include a restaurant, swimming pool, gift shop, and onsite museum. Views of the mountains are stunning and you are just a few minutes from Zion and less than two hours from Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon North Rim National Parks.

DON’T NEED TO LEAVE YOUR ROOM WITH THESE VIEWS!!!
One of my favorite hotels ever. Gorgeous location and views. Great amenities. Comfy beds. Cozy decor. Refrigerator a plus. And clean. Plus you can catch the shuttle to Zion from hotel so no parking drama for guests. Nice little gift shop too. Have nothing but good to say. This is my second stay and will keep coming back when the price is right. ❤️👍📷🥾

Loved the room and a great view. The prices were more than reasonable.. A great weekend. We were in town for our best friends 50th wedding anniversary and had some folks join us for after dinner drinks they all loved the room and a great view of the mountains.
