A favorite hotel!
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) really enjoyed this hotel. Our two queen suite was VERY roomy (750 square feet) with a nice kitchenette, dining area, living area with sleeper couch and separate bedroom. We also added a rollaway bed so that each of us had our own bed.The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, a jetted tub and a shower with separate toilet. Beds were super comfortable. So much space! Our double balcony had a beautiful view of Zion rocks and the end of the free shuttle to the park is right in front of the hotel. This hotel is about 3 miles out from the entrance to the park - which is preferable for us since the area is not crowded with people or traffic (like most of Springdale) - but the town is still super easy to access via the shuttle every 8 to 15 minutes. The pool was charming and we basically had it to ourselves each of our 3 days there. We did laundry while relaxing at the pool surrounded by Zion beauty. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful with a couple extra requests. Although we declined maid service while there, each day it was really special to receive a large "gift bag" at our door containing towels, toilet paper, tissues, cups, and a variety of toilet items. Such a nice touch. There is an interesting small museum of stuffed wildlife off the lobby. We did not eat at the restaurant on premises - was a bit too expensive for us - but all of Springdale was expensive, in general. The Majestic View was a little more expensive than our budget goal - but we would stay there again in a heartbeat - a really great find!

Decent Zion park value option
We enjoyed our stay here for it's park convenience and last minute Memorial Day trip price. The pool was nice, the views amazing and the restaurant was decent and nice value. We would stay here again as an option.

Perfect Zion hotel
Lovely place...the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the view is just fabulous. It was a highlight of our two week trip through the parks (just note that there is no elevator).

Nowhere Near As Good As It Should Have Been
There's a reason this hotel ranks in the bottom 1/3 of all Springdale hotels. Actually, there are about 20 reasons, but I won't go into them all here. Suffice it to say, this place was a major disappointment.
- Nice views (they weren't kidding with the name)
- Reasonably pleasant staff
- Convenient shuttle stop across the street
- Ample, easy parking
- Very loud (soundproofing is non-existent, especially between floors)
- No black-out curtains (and venetian blinds didn't close properly, allowing in way too much light)
- Horrible decor (ugly color scheme, dated bathrooms, and big clunky furniture made out of tree branches... enough said)
- Far from center of town (it's located at the very last shuttle stop)
- Slow WiFi
- Very uncomfortable beds with scratchy sheets and hard pillows
- No elevators (guests staying on upper floors should be prepared to haul bags up a few flights of stairs)
All in all, this was way less hotel than I expected for the not-inconsiderable price. Zion National Park is spectacular, and I look forward to returning many times in the years to come. It's just highly doubtful I'll ever return to the Majestic View on any of those visits.

Loved the scenic views and looks of the place
Decent gift shop, free animal museum, although no free breakfast they still offered juices and coffee each morning.
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and sitting on the deck with the gorgeous views. Little pricey, but not too bad compared to other places. Was worth the cost.
