The staff and owners come out from behind counter to talk with you ! Smile , laugh, tell stories. Everything is clean and has a 1950’s vibe . The motel was built for John Wayne when he was making movies here . There is his personal suite you can rent with furniture that was his ! Please come , and enjoy!!

This is the cutest, most friendly motel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and fresh and there is a heated pool. A breakfast of coffee, pastries, fruit and yogurt is served daily. Also s'mores and ice cream cones every evening which you can enjoy around the "cowboy Cauldron" with other guests.

Apache Hotel was a great find for my husband, our dog and myself. The room was adequate and clean. The whole atmosphere was undeniably awesome! The historic charm of the cowboy caldron, John Wayne and Apache motif and swag plus the s’mores and Apache swag was great. AM coffee and a bite to eat before jolting to Arches was great. Within 10 min to Arches, an easy drive. Easy walk to town or use the complimentary bike to get to town. We hope to return! Rate was very reasonable in April, I am sure we got a off peak season rate.

The Apache is as advertised. Communication by text regarding our late check-in was easy, the room was large, clean and sufficient for our overnight stay with our dog. Parking was safe and just outside our door. Off the main drag of town, so quieter, but plenty of great restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable. With some updates, this could be a really awesome boutique hotel, but as is, it's a value! Kitschy and fun with some nice added amenities like the fire pit, pool, bike rentals and dog wash (we weren't there long enough to enjoy them). Would certainly stay again.
