I arrived here for a two day stay whilst visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. I asked to be allocated a downstairs room as I did not fancy lugging cases up a metal staircase which would have done my knees and hips no good at all. The receptionist was unable to change rooms as she had no authority to do so. She rang her boss who came down to see if she could help. To cut a long story short, a couple in room eleven agreed to swap to whom I will eternally grateful. The room contained a large king bed (enough room for four!) a fridge, coffee machine and tv. The bathroom gad a toilet, basin and shower in a low bath which was very good. It has a small plunge pool at a he side heated. A bit pricey for a Motel but well located.

Shades of John Wayne
This motel is an excellent choice for a stay in Moab. It is 4 blocks from Main street is a quiet street. The staff are friendly and obliging. Room was very comfortable with a nice hot shower. Breakfast is provided in the reception area. It was John Wayne's favourite place to stay

Great for a stay in pricey Moab
This motel, though an older property, is an excellent choice for a stay in Moab. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, and the rooms are decent size and comfortable. The beds are soft, which can be an issue for some. Breakfast is passable, plentiful parking, and ambience is of a quiet street and neighborhood off the main tourist areas. Still though only a four block walk to restaurants and shops. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended for a traveler not looking to pay too much for lodging. Would return again if in the area.

John Wayne stayed here!
A nice little motel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Not in the middle of the action, which we like. It is an older hotel, but it is quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect spot to lodge on your way to Arches and Canyonland National Parks.
