The condition is good, the decoration facilities are quite new, the level is equivalent to four stars in Asia, the rooms are fairly large and well equipped. Comfortable and soft beds. Parking is very convenient too. Breakfast is not recommended unless you don’t mind spending so much on it. McDonalds has cheaper breakfast

Scored a Great Rate!
Was able to score a great rate of $115.99 for a king room on Monday 3/2/20, during their 20% flash sale. Room was very nice with nice amenities. Room had a refrigerator and a small microwave. Nice bathroom with large tub, lighted makeup mirror and comfortable bed.
There is a small indoor pool with a separate hot tub. There is one restaurant, a gift shop, and a bar. We did not utilize the restaurant because the reviews were so bad on the food. In the morning there is a nice free coffee set up in the lobby area and if you ask the front desk, they will give you to "go cups" for your coffee. McDonald's is directly next-door for a cheap breakfast in the morning.
Your dining options are very limited in this town. We had dinner at Plaza Bonita. Okay Mexican food, nothing great.
This property is located 10 minutes from the main entrance of the Grand Canyon. There are also buses that stop directly in front of the hotel which will take you into the park to the visitor center. If you take the bus, park passes are $20 a person and you must have a ticket before you get on the bus. You can also drive into the park and they charge $35 per car which is the cheaper way to go (doesn't matter how many people are in the car). Just be warned that parking is limited. So go early or late. Grand Canyon is magnificent!

Worst experience ever, the manager on during that time was not helpful and thoughtless. How can a 3 diamond hotel not have soundproof walls, we can here the couple on the adjacent room having sexy time, mind you I have a ten year old daughter, told this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a different room, he said to just wait it out till 10 pm since this is their quiet time, so they will call that couple to not do it during that time, are you freaking serious right now, that is the solution they have in mind, they said no room available right now to
Move us, so we packed our stuff move to a different hotel, made sure we get our refund back. Lucky to find a hotel in a Saturday night.

Super hotel beautifully decorated with lovely amenities and very comfortable clean rooms. Access to Grand Canyon easy. The pool is small. Sadly though the hotel’s restaurant (trust the majority of reviews!) is terrible: terrible service, terrible food and terribly overpriced. Breakfast buffet available but it’s not anything special. If you are looking for a hotel with the convenience of an attached dining room DON’T stay here. If you are just looking for a place to comfortably lay your head it’s just fine.
