I’ve stayed here 3 times this year and absolutely love the place.
I met the owner early in the season and he’s engaging and interested in his guests’ opinions.
Each room I’ve had has been incredibly clean and comfortable. I love the pines and view from the upper row of rooms.
Sitting outside the room in the morning and evening is a relaxing time. I can only imagine a “negative Nelly” finding fault with this place!
His wife makes the best soup snd homemade pies at the restaurant - trust me as I’ve been coming to the area for 18 years.
If you can stay somewhere else I would!

They shouldn't be allowed to use the word resort in their name. The hotel desk clerk Ruth was rude and unaccomadating I asked for a room in a different building that didn't require steps as I had a large heavy suitcase and she lied and said there were only 3 steps turned over there were 7. The rooms are bare wuth no where to put your luggage except on the floor. There is no outlet in the bathroom or a mirror outside the bathroom for those that want to dry their hair. Thin paper walls where you can hear everything in the rooms next door. Last day there was NO water. Definitely not worth what they charge per night.

This was our second time to stay here and we will return. Easy access to the west entrance to the park with plenty of dining options nearby (within 10 minutes). Our rooms were recently updated and were very clean.

Clean family friendly motel

We stayed here before and got a room over the office that was in need of help. This much newer room was at the back of the motel in the trees with a great view. Updated bathroom. Train runs across the road, during the night but was not very noticeable.

Front desk staff is outstanding. Hotel was very clean. No a/c and nearby train tracks were not great. Hotel is at entrance to West Glacier. Room setups were great - 2 bedroom, triple bed and regular 2 beds per 1 room. We had a good stay.
