Good stay friendly staff great breakfast
Stayed one night after hiking out of the Grand Canyon. It is about 5 min from the Park Entrance. The pool and main hot tub are closed until mid december. There is a large hot tub in the other building that was awesome. Rooms are large clean and comfortable. Small fridge and microwave. Great Beds. Super friendly breakfast lady

Awesome customer service and truly friendly front desk.
We had a reservation for the Thanksgiving holiday. At the time of check-in we realized that they had some renovation going on where their indoor pool didn't open at the day. They kindly suggested us to check the Western Premium next door and offer us free cancellation. This gesture truly made us feel good and definitely we will come back later.
Compared to your experience at Marriott at Vrigin UT, this is 10 star!

Reasonably priced hotel close to the Grand Canyon
Clean comfortable hotel well situated for the Grand Canyon. Standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast but overall reasonable value for money. Found the room very quiet. Only disappointment poor television reception but might have been due to the adverse weather.

A hotel in Grand Canyon - CP值超高 :)
If you are planning a budget trip, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites would be your best choice in Grand Canyon!
They have a regular shuttle bus everyday for those people who wanna see the sunrise and sunset. It’s really convenient for tourists if they wanna go for seeing the sunrise and not driving their own vehicles.
The room is clean but old-fashion. If you just needa sleep a night, ya, i would recommend this hotel for you :))

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Firstly, we arrived very late in the evening. I had called while on the road to assure our room would be held and the desk clerk was so very nice, even told us to drive carefully! We were put in the adult building, which was phenomenal! Even though the Grand Canyon is very much a family destination, it was heavenly not to hear children from our room. Not only was the building for only adults, but the building had its own breakfast room! The hot breakfast was excellent and definitely worth getting up early for. The building also had its own indoor whirlpool spa. The rooms were immaculate and housekeeping excellent. I really appreciated the separate little kitchen area just outside the bathroom, with its own sink, microwave and larger than usual hotel size refrigerator. There was even a bit of dish soap and a sponge left for us. Two suitcase stands were also very much appreciated, as were the dual temperature controls that you could set for the temperature you liked. The only negative I would say wasn’t really all that negative, there was a strange, not really large enough to be a balcony, balcony with a door to the outside that was in a really odd place next to the bed. Too close to the bed to be opened all the way. The window also was hard to open and would not stay open. We might have used less air conditioning if we could have opened the screened window.
I have to say that due to our late planning, I was disappointed not to get accommodations within the park, but I am so glad it worked out the way it did. I am hoping all the Holiday Inn Express locations are this good, and if so, they will be my number one choice going forward.
