Everything was top notch. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff went about their work quietly, unobtrusively, and thoroughly. Front desk was very helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the Park entrance. The room is spacieux but the equipment and decoration look like the 1980s. The air conditioning was old and very noisy. Awful breakfast with low quality products. A buffet and restaurant are available a cross the street at the other hotel. No better quality but convenient.

Would stay there again

This is a nice, clean hotel. Western lodge decor, Rooms with nice furniture. Bed comfortable. Double vanity in bathroom - two queen bed room, Staff friendly. Very clean! Great location just outside Bryce Canyon NP with a free shuttle to the park. Hot breakfast with lots of choices.

The BW Plus is right in the center of all the town activities and right next to Ruby's Rodeo, but is set back just a bit so is less hectic feeling than some of the other hotels. The rooms were clean and spacious. The fireplace was running in the lobby in the morning, which was a nice touch for a very cool July morning. The breakfast buffet is extensive and tasty and is a great way to fill up before a day of hiking. Ice machines are centrally located. Plenty of parking and a shuttle stop right at the hotel lot. No bar or alcohol available in the lobby. Other than that, 10/10 for our family.

Resort Fee not disclosed when comparison shopping!

It's only $5/night, but any property that charges a resort fee gets a one-star review in my book. It's simply a way of initially hiding the real price. Yes, it's disclosed (in a smaller, lighter font that's away from the price). Otherwise, it's a nice property, friendly staff, great breakfast, a little crowded, and lots of kids. I believe the way the hotel handles the resort fee is an FTC violation for the property and comparison site (Kayak, in this case). I asked the very nice and friendly clerk whether they would waive the fee, but she declined. I sent this info to the manager in a review and received a "form letter" apologizing for not giving me an exceptional experience and hoping that I will return.
