Two days within the week staying Therese couldn’t get into the unit as the cards wouldn’t work. Had to get the neighbors phone for us to bring us another card. One of the rooms has no side tables or lamps in the room while another has three tables and three lamps. No extra blankets in two of the three rooms. Very dark in the unit, needs to be brighten up so not so dark. Going to the the pool area was very dark as there is no lighting to the building, had to use a flashlight. Needs lighting installed to the building. Overall it was a nice stay

DISABLED BEWARE! I Found out that my unit placement would be a problem as there was NO handicap parking at the units so I had to pay a maintenance man to get my luggage upstairs to my room; also NO care from front desk. The unit itself was poorly constructed as noise from other units bothered me the entire time.

The best! Always a nice stay- love the new fury and flooring in condo 8. Love the adult only hot tub and sauna! Love the Fire place and the view and the setting. Love the area and the people. Will be back as soon as possible!

The front desk person made me wait for 15-20 mins to even check me in. The general tone of seemed she was being forced to check me in. The SPA was terrible. They changed me 160 for an hour long massage and didn’t even massage us for 45 mins. On checking why we got only 45 mins the manager said the hour long session included wait time for prep and filling out forms. The overall experience was terrible and that we were 3 mins late to the appointment. Left a very bad taste in our mouth.

From the check in to the checkout EVERYTHING has been amazing! Great location and even friendlier staff not to mention the condos are very nice! My service dog and I will be looking forward to our next visit! Thanks to everyone who made our stay just that much better!
