We had a room by the hot tub. Music was so load we could hear every word of every song until it was turned off sometime after midnight. 50 dollar pet fee! Ate at the bar late and it was good food and good service.

This place was huge! And trying to find the reception in the driving snow and dropping temperature wasn't the best start. However. The hotel was conformable enough with all the required amenities to recover from a day driving from Las Vegas and exploring the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Would stay again...and next time find the reception in the car first!

I hate writing negative review but I think it’s important people are aware; especially since I paid much more than the listed price. We got there later in the day but when we got there there was no parking. The room was not cleaned; I had to actually clean the toilet seat when I got in because I was grossed out. Our room was next to the ice machine; so it was loud at night. Also the WiFi password didn’t work initially and was extremely slow. I was better off using my cell service. Defiantly more on the lines of a budget motel not worth the 482 (with fees and taxes) I paid for two nights.

Lovely room, no hot water

Nice comfy room, parking Free if you get lucky with a spot, however we had no hot water. Told reception no hot water, she went and told a manager and I heard the manager say I haven’t used it right - umm, turn on hot water tap? There was hot water the first night we checked in, but none after that (For 2 nights). Not good enough for a hotel that should be very nice. No shower for us for 2 days, not ok as it was not cheap. Breakfast (you pay for) was good if you like eggs and egg dishes, not good for vegans. Location is excellent.

Expensive

This just wasn’t it for me. I totally understand this is a very touristy area so prices are high, but what you get here for the price you pay is just not right. The room was outdated but clean however the bathroom was not clean and here I found a very old and dirty ironing board. The whole property can use some renovations. I stayed in the main building but expect some walking to the reception when you have a room in one of the other buildings! Leave your luggage in your car and take them to your room after you checked in. It wasn’t all bad. The location to the Grand Canyon couldn’t be better. That’s basically it and the main reason why you should consider staying here. Didn’t use the restaurant and pools (indoor and outdoor) so can’t review on that. Next time I visit the Grand Canyon area I might just spend a little more for a better place, or just pay less for this so that it is worth the price. Wont recommend.
