I was hoping for a better experience-the room was large and clean-small balcony was nice even though overlooked the parking lot- the bed was squishy and not comfortable- there was only decaf coffee in the room-was told they "were out of regular"-when does that ever happen? The first morning (5 AM)I let the shower run for several minutes (a waste of fresh water) and it was still cold never warmed up- the room was not cheap-expected better.

We stayed here for two nights during our visit to this area. The hotel is quite large, so be prepared for quite a long walk for breakfast if you are staying in one of their outermost buildings. There were five other buses in addition to ours and the staff didn't blink an eye when it was time to check-in or breakfast time.
The hotel is located quite close to the IMAX Theatre as well as to several restaurants (if you don't care to eat in theirs). It's also in a great location for getting into/out of the Grand Canyon National Park as the hotel offers complimentary access via the purple Park shuttle.
We LOVED the access to the US Today newspapers at the Front Desk, but our two "gripes" were the lack of water pressure in the bathroom and the breakfast buffet. There were lots of foods offered at the breakfast, but none that we ate were over the top.

Good overnight stay, convent to walk to IMAX Theatre
After a days touring around the Grand Canyon, convient very large hotel in various accommodation blocks. Room was spacious with sitting area and wet bar. Accessible to the IMAX theatre well worth a visit, short stroll. Breakfast buffet was good start to the day.

Had items stolen from my room
I left my toiletry kit in my room. It had an expensive razor and prescriptions inside, as well as my necessities for maintaining hygeine. I did not check out but when I came back to my room it was gone. Management was very unhelpful and did not offer any help finding it, simply stating that it was not in lost and found. No compensation was offered to me nothing. Clearly it had been stolen, as other people in my group had things taken from their room as well, but these were returned to lost and found. It seems like the attitude in this town is that none of these people are coming back, plunder at will.

Great base for Grand Canyon exploring
We booked this hotel for 2 nights for our trip to Grand Canyon. It's nothing super special, but very central in Tusayan - everything is just a short walk away. Reception was a long way from our room, but having a car made it all easy, as we could park near our room. I couldn't work out how to use the coffee maker & they sent someone to check almost immediately. We left a pair of trousers in the room & they were very good about finding these & returning them to us. A comfortable stay in a fairly generic hotel.
