If you are a non-smoker, insist on a room in the non-smoking wing which is furthest from the casino/restaurant. First the good features: Moderate size room, clean and in good condition, with refrigerator and microwave, 2 basins: one in bath and one in the vanity in the room. Quiet location, back from the highway. Good lighting. Small flat panel TV. Now, the not so good: Outside corridor with window facing the corridor, so drapes must be closed for privacy. A/C unit extremely noisy. Draws air from outside (window also opens for fresh air). Sparsely furnished. Desk/chair only. No coffee, no iron, no iron board, no clock. Just a bed and desk. Some noise from plumbing. 2 story; no elevator. Denny's restaurant in hotel, with access only through the casino (very smoky in the casino).

The room apparently was fairly recently renovated. High ceilings, very comfy new bed, modern. Loud bathroom fan not good but just turn it off. I was there for business but nice to have Beatty's best casino right there. Denny's was pretty good too.

Worst beds ever

We stopped here on our way to Texas from Northern Nevada. First, they had turned the sign the wrong way and it instructed us to go to the main cage to check in. So when we got there to check in the lady was super rude and said the sign didn’t say that and then argued with us when we tried to tell her it did say to check in at the main cage. The room was sad. The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in and I’ve visited a third world country. They were hard and had springs sticking up. We didn’t get much sleep. And it smelled old and musty. Won’t stop here again. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Friendly employees. Close to Ryolite Ghost Town. Drive to Death Valley was nice. Hotel ie right next to Eddies World which is a large candy store, with a Subway inside it

A fun spot for entertainment if you visit Death Valley

We drove the 40 miles from Furnace Creek to Beatty, Nevada, up across Daylight Pass and past Rhyolite to visit the casino. It was a Sunday night and there wasn't much action except at the slot machines. Fun for a couple of hours.
