We stayed at this hotel in December. It is more of a motel kind than a hotel. We got a room in the first floor. It was winter time and we noticed that windows are not properly insulated as a result room was getting too much cold and also there was snow forming inside window panel.
Also there was a few stray dogs which was surprising to us. Reported to the hotel management .
Only thing good was they have good toiletries available in the room.

Good location if visiting Monument Valley
We only stayed here one night. Great option for us on a budget and close to Monument Valley. Hotel room was clean which is most important to us.
I brought my pillow from home on our trip due to back and neck issues. I thought I did a good final check of the room but somehow overlooked my pillow. I contacted the hotel Manager Lavina she was very helpful... I was headed to my next destination for a week and she said they would get it shipped there. I hadn't seen anything so I checked back with her and because I can only assume I gave a hotel address they wouldn't ship there. So I had asked if they could try and send it to a different location as I had my parents staying for 10 more days at a different location.. She said she would prepare to send it there. My parents received it 2 days later. This was great customer service as this pillow was a sleep country pillow and was very expensive so I can't thank them enough for doing this. Much appreciated...

Ideal stopover after a tiring day visiting the amazing monument valley. Comfortable and clean, good WiFi. Didn’t have breakfast there, but it all looked ok, sure it’s good. Some shops nearby for supplies, but its only a very small town so don’t expect 5 * dining.

Front Desk manager very rude, unwelcoming and a real jerk.
Upon entering the inn, the front desk manager was visiting with staff that was busy rolling silverware. When he finally acknowledged we had been standing waiting for him he approached us (my husband & I) with the question, "What do you need?" We asked if he had rooms available for the night, and if we could see one of the rooms. He acted very put out and did not respond, so I asked if there was a reason we could not see one of the rooms. I was told he would give me a key to go look at the room but I would have to leave my drivers license and credit card with him. I explained that I do not leave my credit card attended but I would leave my drivers license with him. He than decide to show us a room, his response was, go around back and I'll meet you at the rooms in the back. He opened and door to a room with torn carpeting as you enter and said "there is no heat, no microware and no refrigerator." We have never been treated so rudely at a place of business. We choose to drive another hour away to Tube City and stayed at the Quality Inn Navajo Nation and was treated with professionalism, a clean room and great accommodations. Monument Valley Inn needs to clean house starting with getting rid of the management and cleaning the place up!

the room was clean, comfortable and up to date. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only negative was the air unit was very loud and rattly but the room didn't get stuffy so it was fine without it running. great night's sleep after a long day of adventuring! i would stay here again.
