We were only passing through and thought it was a decent hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a great experience with the staff. The best part though was my daughter left her stuffed bunny in the room and the front desk attendant sent it home for us. Really made our day. Thank you so much.

After reading a few negative reviews here, I was somewhat apprehensive about booking this motel, but there was nothing else this close to Monument Valley so I did anyway. First, the staff was nice enough, nothing exceptional but they were not rude as I had been warned. The room was clean, comfortable, decent TV, and wifi. The shower was ok. The room had a coffee maker, no breakfast served. It is a short and pretty drive to Monument Valley, not much dining options around except fast food. I did not get to enjoy much of Monument Valley as the weather was foggy and rainy so I may return someday, and would have no problem returning to this motel.

This motel is outdated with very unprofessional staff. It happened to be a cold night and the door key won’t work or the heating system. The restaurant in the motel is not worth it. Here is a piece of advice. Apart from this motel there’s only a Hampton inn across the street. There’s no other accommodation available for another 5to 6 hours either towards Grand Canyon or towards Colorado. So be prepared and book in advance at the Hampton inn and this place at any costs.

I just called to book 3 rooms and the receptionist I spoke with sounded annoyed and rude. So instead of doing reservations today, I told her that I will just need to call back. I cannot tolerate her behavior right now. Maybe when I call again this afternoon or tomorrow, it will NOT be her. Please manager, let your employee practice good hospitality. It doesn't look good for the hotel at all.

We stayed at this hotel in December. It is more of a motel kind than a hotel. We got a room in the first floor.It was winter time and we noticed that windows are not properly insulated as a result room was getting too much cold and also there was snow forming inside window panel. Also there was a few stray dogs which was surprising to us. Reported to the hotel management . Only thing good was they have good toiletries available in the room.
