My family of four recently had a wonderful stay at Bryce Trails! We loved the large room, comfortable king size bed, and that the host made sure there were two smaller beds for our children as well. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The views were gorgeous being on the edge of town, and we loved being able to go on easy walks, saying hi to the cute chickens in the backyard, and of course being close to Bryce! You can tell the new owners and host care about the property and their guests’ experiences. We loved it, and can’t wait to go back!

We LOVED our stay at the Bryce Trails Bed and Breakfast! The little town of Tropic is quiet and charming, and being so close to Bryce Canyon made it super convenient to catch the sunrise and enjoy the local beauty and the national park. The BnB is nestled away in the community, providing the opportunity to experience local life, while having access to explore the local terrain outside of the National park. We loved the intimacy of exploring on our own, while having the capability to enter and explore the park in a 10 minute drive. The building is easy to find, there’s lots of good parking on the property, and the check-in process was easy and straightforward. Our room was surprisingly large, with a very comfortable bed and all the thoughtful extras - ice buckets, coffee, Utah Truffles, Roku TV, and even a nice massage chair! The view in the morning from our sitting area was nothing short of magical, watching the sunrise peek over red cliffs and listen to the hummingbirds fly around the porch. What really stood out, though, was the intentional care and hospitality of the caretaker Liene - not only was the espresso good and her crepes to die for, but her kindness made us feel right at home. It was the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and adventure. We can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I needed a quick, peaceful getaway and the Bryce Trails Bed & Breakfast was absolutely perfect! We recently found an opportunity slip away for some hiking and sightseeing and we were fortunate to find Bryce Trails - this was our first B&B experience. We were pleased to find this place, located on the quiet outskirts of the quaint little town of Tropic, Utah. After a short drive through town and past a field filled with mule deer, we found Bryce Trails and our clean and welcoming room. After a very comfortable and restful night, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with the owners, their manager, and other guests. Once we were ready for the day’s adventures, we were happy to be just minutes from Bryce Canyon. We are already planning future visits to Kodachrome Basin, Scenic Hwy 12, Escalante and Boulder, and we can’t wait to stay at Bryce Trails again. We highly recommend this wonderful little B&B!

Would recommend.

We were a little early for the main season so I don't think everything was ready but we really enjoyed this place. The proprietor was very kind and willing to help. The location was excellent. Stay in the Under the Rim room for a great view (and the massage chair).

Do NOT book here!!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We booked (and prepaid!) this B&B several months ago and received several helpful email responses from Edgar regarding our expected stay. The day of our planned arrival, we received the usual welcome-type email. Unfortunately, when we arrived the doors were all locked and no one answered the bell. We called the phone number in the email (sent that very day!) and were questioned as to how we got the number, followed by contradictory information and no assistance. When we then tried calling the main number on the website it was disconnected. After no response on email from the previously friendly “Edgar,” we had to find different lodging. Apparently the owners are booking rooms and stealing the money.
