This property was a wonderful choice for a Bryce Canyon B&B. It's about 20mins from the park entrance in the small town of Tropic. The drive to/from the park was beautiful, and we stopped at a waterfall trail that we would have never seen otherwise. The room was huge and well-maintained. Even with other guests, it was very quiet. Breakfast was SUPER, the cooking was amazing. I would definitely stay again, and recommend it highly.

Everything was excellent including the room, service, breakfast, and proximity to Bryce Canyon. Also wonderful views from our room. Looking forward to staying again the next time we are in Utah and visiting the national parks!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Bryce Canyon. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the park, but the view from our room was so pleasant, we didn't mind the drive. Breakfast was full of healthy options for a variety of diets. The owners provided helpful travel tips and snacks for the road/trail. Would certainly recommend!

My wife and I were on a trip through Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. We decided to stay here due to its proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park. We were looking for more than just a chain hotel. This is a nice place off the main drag - very quiet. It was a self checkin, so we didn't meet our hosts until breakfast the next morning. The process was simple and quick. The room was first rate with an en suite, fridge, sitting area and lots of room. The king sized bed and pillows were comfortable. The room and public area of the home were clean and well kept. (I have a personal styling issue with the orange sectional, but nothing to hold against the facility.) The WiFi worked well. Breakfast was outstanding. The setup allowed the couples to sit together and interact. The food (baked oatmeal and yogurt) was delicious and filling. Definitely recommend Bryce Trails and will stay here on our next trip.

Great base camp for Bryce!

We stayed in the Fairyland room and it was gorgeous and very clean. The walls have photographs available for purchase and they are beautiful. The breakfast was also amazing, so much food! The self check in system was nice and easy, and Fairyland is in its own corner of the building which was nice. It also has an amazing jacuzzi tub and the shower is so nice, great water pressure. I'd highly recommend staying here, and would stay here again if we are back in the area! Just be aware that if you stay in the Fairyland room in particular, it will not be the quietest stay of your life because it's right next to the kitchen so starting at around 630 or 7am it was pretty loud (since they were making breakfast for all the guests), which isn't a big deal but something to be aware of when picking a room!
