Loved it ! Fabulous gem right outside of town, just 5 miles from Arches National park. Quaint place, warm welcome. Has a fabulous fenced grassy park with running water, open fire pit, and outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The cabins are really nice ! Spacious 1 large and light room with small kitchen, table & chairs and 2 large comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower. We felt home for the night (compared to regular hotel rooms). Highly recommended !

This was our first stay. We stayed in a bungalow with a king bed. It was the best built/decorated bungalow/cabin I have ever seen. Best location to access the state parks and town. Basically a few minutes to be anywhere you want to go. I hope to stay there again.

Bungalow 39 was mighty fine
Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. At the recommendation of staff, we got bungalow 39 at the very end of the property. Brand new and very quiet. Alan (?) was very helpful including calling us the day of arrival to say how late he would be in the office to check us in. We stayed 7 nights and had the option of no housekeeping service , if we wanted, which is nice. Huge shower, separate toilet room, remote control heater/AC system. One burner cooktop, pans, utensils, small fridge and kitchen sink made meals a breeze.
Location is fantastic on the north end of Moab. Lowest gas prices in town practically across the street. 21 minute drive from Balanced Rock in Arches NP.
Since no place is perfect, I have to question the use of metal siding on the bungalows. It expands and contracts with the temperature and can make popping sounds. Also, as it weathers it gets rusty which can give a bit of a shabby look. That may be what they are striving for as the entry way to the property is deceiving as it is "rustic". Those points should in no way hinder your decision.

Since we were able to get a discounted rate, and we could split it with a friend, we could afford to stay in a condo at Moab Springs Ranch. In the past we’ve slept in our truck or if it was cold, in an inexpensive not to great motel. This place was heaven in comparison. There’s a grassy treed common courtyard, it’s warm and cozy after a day of hiking, and the kitchen had everything we needed, even measuring cups and spoons. It felt like home, and we took care of it as if it were. The people with whom I spoke on the phone (Kelsey & Debra) were friendly and helpful. If the price stays reasonable, we would definitely stay again. The only downside is that the bathroom configuration makes one go out of the toilet area to wash one’s hands. Also when the temperature is comfy downstairs, it’s too hot upstairs. Hiking and climbing are nearby.

Perfect place to stay for Arches National Monument!
Everything about Moab Springs Ranch is designed with the guest in mind. From the mud mat inside the front door for your hiking boots, to the delicious, local coffee, to the one light switch that turns off ALL the lights! A few mins. after we got to the room a staff person came over to show us how everything worked and answer any questions we had. So nice not to wonder how to use the A/C or the coffee maker! The grounds are gorgeous, relaxing and quiet. This is a truly lovely place to stay in Moab - it's a short drive (3-4 mins) into the main part of town for restaurants and well worth it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
