DO NOT STAY HERE. It's likely to cost you an extra $300, as they will use any excuse to keep the extremely excessive damage deposit, even when there is ZERO damage. Read the policy very carefully no matter how quickly the front desk rushes you through check-in. They are completely UNREASONABLE to deal with afterward. STAY ELSEWHERE.

Would Never book or stay here again....They charged my credit card after hotels.com messed up a reservation and admitted to it but they would not credit me back due too not their problem! Person who was on the front desk was very rude and didn't care what happened or why.

Room average, but didn't feel clean. Wide open area with a dirt pit and on the main road, didn't feel safe. They ran out of plates and food at breakfast by 7:00 AM. Outside definitely run down. There was a Starbucks close by. They are pet friendly.

I checked in with my 5 kids the youngest @14, when we got to our room it wasn't the room that I thought I'd reserved with a couch for one of the kids to sleep on. So I sent one of my older kids to get an extra blanket so he could sleep on the floor and when the front desk realized our situation they upgraded me to a 3 bd suite at no charge! Both of the front desk associates were very helpful and friendly. The room is nice and clean. I would recommend!

The "3" rating is because the WIFI barely worked in the evening, when probably everyone in the hotel was on it. Otherwise, spacious, clean room, good water pressure and AC. No housecleaning unless you ask for it.
