Stayed 2 nights in room 112, ground floor away from main road, quiet. Our room was a good size with a King bed that was very comfortable. Huge TV with excellent picture and decor was attractive with barn wood wall/headboard accents. No closet but had a 5 hanger thing attached to the wall which worked. Have never seen a toilet that flushed soooooo slooooowly I thought it wasn't going to!!! That needs attention. Offers a continental breakfast that we did not utilize. Very close to Bryce Canyon N P. Town needs to step up their dining choices badly.

Great location to Bryce Canyon Nat’l Park- 15 min drive. Continental breakfast is just what it says. No options for gluten free. Hotel is older, rundown, and semi-clean. There is a newer section, but I didn’t stay there. There is a bonus if both fridge and coffee maker and microwave in the room, and a nearby general store to get supplies.

Remodeled and very pleasant

Staying at this hotel now (March 3019). Everything seems remodeled... new paint, comfy bed. Room very clean, front desk lady was very friendly. Micro and fridge and nice big flat screen. Fast wi-if. Yes, the parking lot is gravel, but who cares? Overall VERY happy with the accommodations, especially for the price.

You will be happier spending a bit more and staying somewhere else.

My adult daughter and I spent the night there in August 2018. This place is rough. The rooms are seriously out dated and not very clean. The front desk people were busy and acted as if we were an inconvenience for them, plus there hours were kinda weird, ie opening late in the morning. We traveled for twelve days across Utah. This by far was the worst hotel we stayed in.

We came across this hotel on our own as our data wasn't very good in this area. Friendly staff at the front desk. We got a King room, in the back of the property in a building with sort of an open air hallway. Room was on the small side, but not too bad. Breakfast area was very full in the morning, and no protein options. We sat outside in the very brisk morning air. This was one of the worst breakfasts we had in our 15 days of traveling. We felt this hotel was truly average, nothing to write home about, we might stay there again, but wouldn't seek it out.
