Reservation Policy

50% of a reservation total is due at booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. If final payment has not been received 45 days prior to arrival. we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance to the credit card on record.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received 45-days prior to arrival to receive refund less $100 of total reservation. Cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable but 75% may be applied to another cabin stay within 1 year.

Other Policies

Pets Policy:

Pets are allowed in the South Fork and Middle Fork Cabins only.

ALL pets MUST be registered with Gentry River Ranch management prior to arrival as there are strict guidelines regarding the breed and size of the pet. Pet must be accompanied by the guest at all times, and may NOT be left in the room unattended even if kenneled.

Rates Policy: There is a $200.00 cleaning fee for the North Fork Cabin, and a $300.00 cleaning fee for South Fork and Middle Fork Cabins, $25.00 additional charge per day for every person over 6.
