Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
For Vacation Home Rentals: There is a minimum 2-Night stay is required. Accidental rental damage insurance is required with your vacation home rental for your protection . This $45.00 fee will cover accidental damages of up to $1,500 to the rental property or its contents during your stay (subject to plan terms and conditions).
Please Note: The winter period between Thanksgiving and March 15, the regular activities are not available, also dining offerings are limited. This is a great time to enjoy how peaceful Zion National Park can be.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made from 30 days to 48 hours prior to arrival will be refunded 50%, cancellations made more than30 days in advance will receive a full refund less 10%.
