Guests enjoy both buffalo and beef steaks hot off the grill as well as chicken, buffalo burgers, vegetarian fajitas, fresh spring salads, and fantastic deserts. The grill is often complimented by statements that "it was the best meal on the trip", which is exactly what the grill strives for.

Zion Mountain Ranch owns and maintains a buffalo herd of between 35 and 40 that roams a 600 acre preserve.
