Tax Rate
All Rooms are subject to an 11.5% tax.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations made more than two months in advance cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations made more than 1 month in advance cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made less than 1 month prior to arrival cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations made outside the cancellation period are subject to a full charge for the first night if the room is not rerented.

Pet Policy
We do not accept pets at our facility. Dog Boarding is available through the Doggy Dude Ranch at La Gracias Stables located in Rockville, UT.
