Lake Lodge Cabins

Lake Lodge is open from early June through late September.

Lake Lodge Cabins is a private getaway nestled in the woods of Yellowstone Park. Scenic nature trails wind through the property situated right above Lake Yellowstone.

The main lodge has a nice lounge to relax in with two fireplaces. There is also a gift shop in the lobby. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and lake can be seen from the front porch of the main lodge.

There are both Western and Pioneer-style cabins to choose from. The spacious Western cabins have two queen beds and full bathrooms. The smaller Pioneer cabins were built in the 1920s and have held on to their antique charm. Some of the Western Cabins have been recently remodeled.

Lake Lodge Cabins has a cafeteria and bar in the main lodge. There is also a tour desk and self-serve laundry facility available for all guests.

Lake Lodge Cabins is a non-smoking establishment. It is open from June to September. Radio, television, and Internet hook-ups are not available in order to accentuate the natural essence of Yellowstone.

Camping in let me experience coyote howls, dodge buffalo chips, welcome a small bird briefly into my habitat and surprise a bunny by the doorstep.
