Rock Cottage
Rock Cottage is a beautiful 1,300 sq. ft., two bedroom vacation home located in the heart of Kanab. Providing a great central location to all of the areas attractions, the Rock Cottage offers clean comfortable accommodations and a unique atmosphere and design which sets it apart from the other lodges in the area.
Constructed with hand-laid rock including accents and beautiful highlights of Geodes, polished rock, petrified wood, sandstone and fossils, the aptly name Rock Cottage provides an enjoyable lodging experience that you will not soon forget.
The beauty and elegance of Rock Cottage carries over into the interior design as well. The spacious living room provide room to relax and room to accommodate additional guests with a queen sized futon sofa and gas stove fireplace, adding a bit of flair and romance to chase away the chill on cool winter evenings. Log-style furniture constructed of pine, and gorgeous hardwood floors made of hickory add to the warm and cozy atmosphere and will immediately make you feel at home. Added amenities such as the TV/VCR with Satellite, and washer and dryer for doing you own laundry during your stay, make the Rock Cottage even more attractive.
The Rock Cottage has a full sized kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry, all the major appliances, and complete dinnerware, plates, cups, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
The Rock Cottage will comfortably sleep six. The large master bedroom provides a nice king sized pine-log bed and the extra comfort of a pillow top mattress. The second guest bedroom provides a queen sized bed also with pillow top mattress. You can also accommodate two more adults on the queen futon sleeper in the living room.
In the mood for some romance or relaxation? Dim the lights, light a few candles and let your anxieties melt away as you relax in the large jetted tub or wash away your cares in the beautiful marble-lined shower.
You’ll enjoy sipping your morning coffee out side under Rock Cottages covered patio area and admiring the beautiful Vermillion Cliffs that surround the town of Kanab.

Cancellation Policy:
You will be refunded 90% of your deposit if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to check-in dates. If the cancellation is less than 30 days notice, then the deposit will be non-refundable.
Check In: After 3 p.m. / Check Out: 11 a.m.
Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Upon confirmation of your reservation request, you will be billed in advance, to your credit card a 25% deposit. The Charge will be displayed as “The Rock Cottage” on your credit card statement.
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside.
Pet Policy: Pets of any kind, are not allowed in any of the Kanab Lodging properties.
